Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:
All appointments are held with a debit or credit card, regardless of how you intend to pay the day of your scheduled service. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Appointment confirmations are sent out 48 hours prior to the day of your appointment.
A 24 hour notice is REQUIRED if you need to cancel or reschedule.
SAME DAY CANCELATION will be charged %50 of the service cost.
NO CALL, NO SHOW will be charged %100 of the service cost.

While children are always welcome, I ask that they are not left unattended in the salon during your service.
Privacy
When making an appointment, a personal file is created for each client through my booking system, Vagaro. Only myself and the client will have access to these files. If at any time a client wishes to update or remove any information from their personal file, they may do so. This information consists of your phone number, address, email and credit card information.
This information is used for scheduling or canceling appointments and payment for products and services, however, clients can choose to use a different form of payment at the time of check out.
Professionalism
Within this establishment, I am the sole practitioner. If at any time I feel a client is behaving inappropriately, they will be asked to leave immediately. Said client will still be responsible for the full cost of their service.
